What we do

Capabilities across supply, repair and maintenance

One supplier for the equipment, the parts that keep it working and the people who service it.

  • Wheel loader charging a rigid haul truck, with an excavator and second truck working the bench behind.

    Equipment Supply

Surface and underground machines — excavators, loaders, haul trucks and support equipment — specified for your ground conditions and duty cycle.

  • Racked parts warehouse with palletised stock stacked several levels high along the aisle.

    Spare Parts & Components

Genuine and quality aftermarket parts — undercarriage, filtration, bearings, seals and wear components — held or sourced against your fleet list.

  • Rebuilt machine chassis, repainted and rehosed, standing on trestles in the workshop.

    Component Rebuilds

Engines, hydraulics, transmissions and final drives stripped, assessed and rebuilt to specification, then tested before they go back on the machine.

  • Crushing plant and overland conveyors installed against a quarry face.

    Drilling Consumables

Drill rods, bits, shanks, couplings and related consumables for surface and underground drilling programmes, planned against your metres.

  • Engineer measuring a helical gear with vernier callipers at a workshop bench.

    Fabrication & Machining

Wear plate, brackets, guards and structural repairs, plus machining of shafts, bushes and pins to drawing when the part is not on a shelf.

  • Maintenance crew servicing an excavator on site, working through the job on a tablet and checklist beside the service vehicle.

    Maintenance Support

Scheduled servicing, breakdown response and full maintenance contracts covering labour, parts planning and reporting against your production plan.

How we work

Maintenance built around uptime, not callouts

Downtime is either planned for or it happens to you. Voltron works to a straightforward operating model that keeps machines available and the right parts within reach.

  1. Assess the fleet

We start from your machine list, running hours and known problem areas, and agree what gets serviced and when.

  2. Position the parts

Critical and fast-moving items are identified and either held or placed on order before they are needed on the machine.

  3. Service to schedule

Planned servicing is carried out to interval, in the workshop or on site, and the work is recorded against the machine.

  4. Respond and rebuild

When something does fail we respond, diagnose the cause, and either repair on site or pull the component for rebuild.

Where we work

Surface and underground operations

From haulage fleets and drilling programmes to processing plant and workshop rebuilds, Voltron supports mining, quarrying and heavy earthmoving operations.

Why Voltron

Built for operations that cannot afford to stop

Mining schedules do not wait for a part to arrive. Everything Voltron does is organised around getting machines back into production.

  • Availability over promises

Parts planning and stock positioning are treated as part of the job, not an afterthought once the machine is already down.

  • Technical depth

Diagnosis, rebuild, fabrication and machining capability in-house, so a problem gets solved rather than passed along.

  • One accountable supplier

Equipment, parts, consumables and maintenance handled under a single point of contact and a single line of accountability.

  • Practical response

Support scoped around real production schedules, shift patterns and site access — not an office calendar.
